How to pay for online consultation session?
We accept Direct bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa at the moment. We will be adding more payment methods but current methods works reliably, so use them without any worries. Make sure you attach the payment receipt/screenshot when booking a session. You can check further details on our how to pay page.
Our fifteen-minute online pet consultation session is fully comprehensive and you and your pet will receive full attention of the expert. All of your questions regarding food, medicine, grooming, and behavior will be properly answered. And we also offer free follow-up sessions in some cases so that this process is useful for you and your pet.
Absolutely! All cancelations are eligible for a full refund, whatever the case may be. But if you are canceling due to an emergency or technical difficulty, you also have the option to reschedule and use your credit for another session. Feel free to contact us in such cases.
We are not offering any discounts at the moment. But if you are a follow-up client or have special membership, you may be eligible for a discount or free session. If you have any doubts, please confirm by calling Chubby Meows helpline first.
